One of our main objectives is to coach students into becoming innovators and entrepreneurs, by analysing needs and challenges in their countries and using the knowledge acquired in their studies for problem solving.

Some of the main challenges communities in Subsaharan Africa are facing are: Ineffective waste management, food insecurity and ineffective hygiene.
Our solutions: 
Semester 1 project: Student write research papers on composting, bokashi, permaculture and agro-foresty and do practical projects in organic waste management and horticulture also to create small incomes. 
Semester 2 projects: Our students create solid cosmetics such as shampoo-conditioner-shower bars, body butter bars, and facial scrub bars, which use certified natural ingredients, and use their ICT skills to market them online as well as to tourists.
Currently, we have been working on different formulations for solid shampoo-conditioner-shower bars and body-butter bars. We’re usually the best ingredients based on natural resources such as coconut oil. They are very skin and hair friendly.
